In a DiskUnion video featuring Sakura(guitarist), she comments about the early years of HAGANE, and how complicated it was to produce a recorded concert.
What surprised me was that she was still using DVDs, as she said that it was what she had available. She had to encode videos with a very poor quality(to 2018/2019 standards) and she was the one who produced everything, there was no real team behind the band in the early years.
Sakura also mentioned that when they decided to sign up with Euclid, it was miles better to produce content for their fans with a team behind.
In the WintrySky music video, we can notice that, despite the song being produced well, they couldn't do much regarding people passing by, maybe thinking "Just some rocker girls recording a MV". In Japan, there are some specific rules regarding filming in public locations, I guess they did what they could back then.
